샌프란시스코에 위치한 상항중앙장로교회(미주예수교장로회)에서 함께할 Full-time 및 Part-time 사역자를 아래와 같이 청빙합니다. 

 

지원부서: 

Full-time: 예배 및 행정담당 Full-time 사역자 (1명) 

Par-time: 유초등부(CM) 담당 교역자 (1명)

           중고등부(YM) 담당 교역자 (1명)

 

1. 자격조건 

1) 교육부 와 영어권 사역에 대한 분명한 소명이 있으신 자.

2) 미주한인예수교 장로교(KAPC) 신학과 신앙에 일치하는 보수적 신앙관을 가진 자 

3) 신학교를 졸업하였거나 재학중인 자.

4) 개혁신학주의에 동의하고 성실한 마음으로 목양할 다짐을 가진 자.

5) KCPC 당회의 지도를 받아 영어를 주된 언어로 사용하는 회중을 설교와 교육으로 가르칠 자.

6) 반사회적이거나 그리스도 교회의 선한 교훈에 반하는 윤리적, 도덕적 성향을 갖지 않은자.

7) 미국에서 취업할 수 있는 신분을 가진 자

8) 영어를 사용하는데 어려움이 없는 자, 한국어 의사 소통이 가능하신 분.

 

2. 사역내용 

Part-time 사역자

 

1)     상기 교육부서 사역자의 자격을 동일하게 갖춘자

2) 주일 예배 와 주중에 모임을 조직

3) 리더십 준비, 훈련 및 교육부와 협력

4) 정기적으로 성도 방문 및 격려

5) 각 교육부 비젼을 이끌어 갈 수 있도록 리더쉽 발휘  

 

Full-time 사역자

1)     상기 교육부서 사역자의 자격을 동일하게 갖춘자

2)     한어예배 찬양을 인도할 수 있는 자

3)     방송부서의 장비를 운용할 수 있는 기술과 지식을 가진 자

4)     교회행정에 관심이 있는 자

4. 대우 (2022년 2분기 기준)

1) Part-time 사역자는 년 14k/yr의 사례와 교통비, 보너스를 지급하며

2) Full-time 사역자는 $36k/yr의 사례비와 교통비, 보너스, 치과보험, 교회사택(3bd/2ba)을 지원함

Korean Central Presbyterian Church is seeking a full-time and part-time pastors

 

Position

Full Time: Associate Pastor (1) 

Part Time: Director of Children (1)

           Director of Youth Ministry (1)

 

Qualifications

 

1) A calling to pastoral ministry with heart for children and youth.

2) A person who has a conservative view of faith consistent with the theology and faith of the Korean American Presbyterian Church (KAPC).

3) A male/female pastor who acquired a denomination that interacts with KAPC and has no reason for disqualification.

4) Agrees with Reformed theology and sincerely devotes themselves to the shepherds.

5) A person who, under the guidance of the KCPC Session, will teach English-speaking congregations through sermons and education.

6) A person who is anti-social or does not have an ethical or moral disposition that goes against the good teachings of the Christian Church.

7) Has fluent Korean communication skills (preferred) and is a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident in good standing.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Full Time: Associate Pastor (1) 

 

1) Organize weekly worship services and meetings during the week

2) A person who can lead the Korean language (KM) worship and praise.

3) A person who has the skills and knowledge to operate the equipment of the media (broadcasting) department.

4) Those who are interested in church administration in the office.

 

Part Time: Director of Children (1)

           Director of Youth Ministry (1)

 

1) Organize weekly worship services and meetings during the week

2) Working with the Ministry of Leadership Preparation, Training and Education

3) Regular visits and encouragement of saints

4) Demonstrate leadership to lead the vision of the Ministry of Education

2) Pastor's ordination certificate and final degree certificate (Only for those who have been ordained as a pastor)

3) Personal Statement of Faith and Vision

4) A video or audio recording of a recent sermon: 1-2 Recent Sermons (CD/mp4 file or website link) 

5) 2 email addresses with names who recommend an applicant  (not a family member) 

* Applicants must be willing to undergo a formal background check

 

 

Compensation

 

Full time

1) Salary: $36,000/year (negotiable)

2) Housing allowance $3K/month value. 3bed 2 bath.

3) Benefits: Medical, Dental  insurance, transportation fee, yearly bonus and Housing allowance are included

 

Part time

1) Salary: $14,000/year (negotiable)

2) Benefits: Transportation fee, yearly bonus.
